Job Title: Instructor of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities to join our team at PRIVATE RESIDENCE. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to develop life skills, achieve their goals, and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students to develop life skills, such as daily living skills, communication skills, and social skills.
  • Provide job training and support to help individuals with intellectual disabilities to find and maintain employment.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each individual.
  • Teach and support individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with individuals with varying needs and abilities.
  • Initiative and creativity to develop innovative programs and activities.
  • Judgement and decision-making skills to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
