Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities

At PRIVATE RESIDENCE, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual disabilities develop life skills and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Assist students in developing life skills, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning.
- Provide job training and support to help individuals with intellectual disabilities gain employment and independence.
- Collaborate with specialists to develop programs that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
- Teach and mentor individuals with intellectual disabilities to help them reach their goals.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Flexibility, initiative, and strong judgment are essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Work in the employer's/client's home or a school/educational institution.
- Relocation costs not covered by the employer.
- Swimming is a requirement for this role.
