Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing and developing our Ecommerce Channel Partner Accounts, driving business growth, and overseeing multiple areas of the account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Build New Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Order Fulfillment and Logistics: Oversee the compilation of shipments, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and work closely with our in-house logistics and 3rd-party fulfillment providers to optimize the supply chain.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct basic data analysis to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize processes.
  • Operational Flow and Structure: Understand the nuances of running an Ecommerce business, including operational flow, structure, and processes.
  • Process Development and Delegation: Develop systematic processes, delegate tasks to team members, and automate processes where possible to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Ecommerce Experience: Proven experience in Ecommerce, with a strong understanding of product portfolios, skus, and market trends.
  • Account Management: Excellent account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Leadership and Delegation: Ability to teach, delegate, and empower team members to drive business growth.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: High level of organization, process orientation, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Education: College or university degree preferred, but not required.
  • Marketing Experience: Experience with online, search engine, and social media marketing a plus.
