Key Responsibilities- Ecommerce Development: Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, product management, and sales monitoring.

- Project Management: Project-manage process improvement activities to improve service level, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Customer Journey: Continuously work to improve the overall customer journey and drive e-commerce growth, tracking and improving e-commerce metrics such as conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase rates.
- Team Leadership: Lead the e-commerce team and provide e-commerce strategies and structure.
- Traffic and Sales: Work with the e-commerce team to build traffic and sales via our websites and partner websites.
- Performance Reporting: Report on performance and identify opportunities, including gathering competitive intelligence.
- Weekly Sales Analytics: Contribute insights to weekly sales analytics and reporting on all e-commerce portals and to preparation of monthly and quarterly KPI reviews.
- Operational Effectiveness: Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing e-commerce operations and identify needs based on our goals.
- Web Analytics: Monitor web analytics to identify areas for improvement/concern across the site and traffic sources.
- Monthly Reporting: Report and analyze on online orders, fulfillments, and returns every month, sharing insights and recommendations.
- Website Maintenance: Responsible for US and CA website maintenance, content creation, and landing pages based on marketing and promotion calendar.
- Marketing Plans: Implement and monitor online and in-store marketing plans by coordinating with the marketing team.
- Content Creation: Responsible for content creation for partner platforms.
- Team Management: Manage e-commerce and marketing team members.
- KPI Analysis: Provide KPI analysis and goal tracking for digital marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and track the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize marketing spends.
- Education: University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a toy and gaming retailer.
- Technical Skills: WooCommerce and Google Analytics experience required. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and NetSuite experience an asset.
- Amazon Experience: Advanced knowledge of Amazon sales and management an asset.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects, prioritizing key deliverables. Excellent project management or organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Program Implementation: Program implementation and KPI management experience.
- Business Acumen: Willingness to work in a fast-moving and developing business environment, requiring a hands-on approach.
- Decision Making: Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and make decisions that align with the brand.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of projects at once.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Analytics: Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced Excel skills.
- Digital Content: Digital content creation and management.
- Graphic Design: Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$97,000 per year, as well as extended health benefits and a store discount.
