What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, with experience in building and managing relationships, establishing organized processes, and influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship management.
  • Oversee the management of large ecommerce channel partner accounts, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and logistics.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement systematic processes to optimize business operations and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce, with a strong understanding of product portfolios and market trends.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to teach and delegate tasks to team members.
  • High level of organization, process orientation, and attention to detail.
  • College or university degree preferred.
