Job Title: Human Resources Manager

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to a team of over 20 HR professionals, ensuring the effective management of HR operations and the delivery of high-quality services to employees and stakeholders.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Office setting with occasional travel to other locations.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
