Job Summary

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Review HR projects to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with employees and external partners
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload
