Job Summary

NationGuard Protection Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, as well as managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
