About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Samurai Sushi Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they are aligned with our restaurant's vision and values.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
