Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Willowdale Nissan Ltd. as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, handling sales traffic, and closing sales through proper execution of a defined sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to present new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Handle incoming sales traffic through various channels, including telephone, internet, and in-person interactions.
  • Turn over sales customers to the finance office and arrange deliveries through sales management and the finance office.
  • Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Closing sales through proper execution of a defined sales process.

Requirements

  • No prior car sales experience is required, but OMVIC certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as strong customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to represent the business with utmost professionalism, both onsite and offsite.
  • Passion, motivation, focus, and leadership skills, with a results-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Location
