- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Service Coordination: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Team Support: Assist cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
