About the Role

Faster-Gas Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for someone who can effectively hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Inspect and Maintain Facilities

You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet our safety and cleanliness standards.

Prepare Budgets and Estimates

We need someone who can prepare accurate budgets and cost estimates for our facilities maintenance and cleaning services.

Coordinate with Other Departments

You will work closely with other departments to ensure our facilities are maintained and that our operations run smoothly.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 35-hour workweek is required.
