Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Francesco Food & Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe food service environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Client focus.
- Flexibility.
- Team player.
- Work Environment
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
