Food Service Manager

Join Francesco Food & Coffee as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, as well as prepare reports to track key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
