Food Service Supervisor

At Mucho Burrito, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
