Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate effective strategies to adhere to work timelines.
  • Procure food items and kitchen necessities.
  • Oversee and coordinate the tasks of kitchen personnel.
  • Assess the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Uphold standards of quality control for both food and service.
  • Document inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste.
  • Design and manage employee work schedules.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
