About the Role

This is a senior-level position within the Technology & Operations team at Scotiabank, reporting directly to the Tech COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics related to technology staffing and performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the Tech workforce.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Technology CIOs, HR, Finance, Clarity PPM, and other partners to understand workforce needs and develop reporting solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports and insights to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the impact of Workforce initiatives and budgetary impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in workforce reporting or analytics.
  • Ability to handle complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • High performer and self-starter with ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, time tracking, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior executives as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
