This is a senior-level position within the Tech Workforce team at Scotiabank, responsible for designing and implementing tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics related to technology staffing and performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the Tech workforce.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Technology CIOs, HR, Finance, and other partners to understand workforce needs and develop reporting solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and insights to executive teams and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the impact of Workforce initiatives and budgetary impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in workforce reporting or analytics.
- Ability to handle complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- High performer and self-starter with ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management, time tracking, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior executives as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
