The Senior Manager, Tech Workforce Reporting will develop and execute comprehensive workforce reporting for the Technology team. This role focuses on supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives, delivering accurate, actionable insights on workforce metrics, and driving data-driven decision-making. The Tech Hiring & Savings team is dedicated to optimizing and strategically planning our technology talent to meet the evolving needs of the Bank. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our Tech workforce is effectively aligned with our business objectives, driving performance and supporting innovation.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Design and implement tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage existing reporting capabilities, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively utilized.
  • Create and maintain detailed workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics related to technology staffing and performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the Tech workforce.
  • Build connections between multiple ongoing initiatives to determine inter-dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Technology CIOs, HR, Finance, Clarity PPM, Third Party and other partners to understand workforce needs and develop reporting solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports and insights to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate impact of Workforce initiatives and budgetary impact.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in workforce reporting or analytics
  • Ability to handle complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • High performer and self starter with ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, time tracking, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior executives as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
