About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data and Analytics Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing multiple reconciliation processes throughout the day to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile crypto transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording of crypto transactions
  • Document reconciliation discrepancies and own the process of ensuring they get solved
  • Implement efficient processes to streamline the reconciliation process
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze information
  • Relevant experience in complex reconciliations and accounting principles
  • Organization and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity
