Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs, present analytic solutions to business audiences, and communicate results to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches and methodologies to drive informed decision-making
  • Work on cutting-edge data science applications to solve business problems in the Healthcare and Life Science domain
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality analytics solutions
  • Present complex analytics solutions to business audiences and communicate results to senior management
  • Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to operationalize analytic solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to translate strategy into action, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of professional work experience with at least 4 years in data analytics
  • Domain experience in Healthcare is required
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and MS Office skills, with proficiency in Power Point
  • Good to have a data science background knowledge and experience
  • Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders from client teams to effectively translate business problems to analytics solutions
  • Strong communications and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently speak to clients and team members
  • Ability to work with Data Science teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes
  • Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or MBA equivalent work experience
