Our client, a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience working with clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional support
  • Collaborating with a portfolio manager to ensure seamless client experience
  • Utilizing a ticketing system to respond to client inquiries and concerns
  • Communicating with clients via email and scheduling meetings as needed
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties, such as writing articles and preparing presentations

Requirements include:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of debits and credits
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience working in the construction industry
