Customer Success Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience working with clients in the construction industry.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional support
- Collaborating with a portfolio manager to ensure seamless client experience
- Utilizing a ticketing system to respond to client inquiries and concerns
- Communicating with clients via email and scheduling meetings as needed
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties, such as writing articles and preparing presentations
Requirements include:
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of debits and credits
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience working in the construction industry
