Our client in the enterprise management software solutions sector is a recognized global leader in over 40 different vertical markets. They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist with an Accounting background to work under the Construction segment of their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 40-100 clients
  • Work with a portfolio manager
  • Utilize a ticketing system to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Respond to emails and schedule meetings for complex issues
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties, such as writing articles and preparing presentations
Requirements:
  • Accounting knowledge is essential
  • Understanding of debits and credits is crucial
  • Personable and engaging communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Peer communication skills
  • Construction industry experience
