About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Indus Eatery Inc. as a Head Cook. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
