As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine the most effective ways to manage our food services operations.
- Staff Performance Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
- Language: English.
