Food Service Operations Manager

Limbros Food Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management, budgeting, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective food and supply purchases
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Modify menu prices and food preparation methods to align with budget constraints
- Monitor and supervise staff performance, providing guidance and training as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a reliable and efficient team
- Conduct performance reviews and address customer complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability, reliability, and flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
