Food Service Operations Manager

Limbros Food Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
