Senior Claims Field Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Field Representative to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our commercial liability insurance team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling complex claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations of personal and commercial claims, capturing the scope of damages and ensuring accurate assessments.
- Review and analyze policies, technical reports, and other relevant documentation to inform claim decisions.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, brokers, and vendors, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.
- Manage a busy schedule, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field.
- Working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a commercial liability insurance field claims adjuster.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during scheduled on-call rotations.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to claimants, brokers, and vendors.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
