We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Representative to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a Field Claims Representative II, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and communities through all circumstances.
About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled professional to conduct thorough investigations of property claims through site visits and communication with all involved parties.
- Conduct site visits to assess damage and gather information.
- Document claim files by gathering necessary information and assessing coverage.
- Negotiate settlements within established limits with customers, claimants, and insurers.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products and investigation techniques.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of property claims experience, field adjuster experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong computer skills and technological aptitude.
- Experience with Xactanalysis and Xactimate is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,400 per year.
