**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for screening contractors, including on-the-job training, refresher courses, and practical exams.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of screening employees, providing coaching and feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with our client to design and deliver training programs that meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Provide oversight and support to ensure that all training programs are delivered in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our client to ensure that their training needs are met and exceeded.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Currently certified as a Pre-Board Screening Officer with a minimum of 12 months of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
