About the Role

The Legault Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Development Consultant to join our dynamic team of human resources professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative training programs that engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Identify training needs through regular skill assessments and meetings with managers to prioritize talent development.
  • Develop personalized career development plans with employees and managers to promote career advancement and talent retention.
  • Measure the impact of training initiatives using performance indicators and participant feedback to continuously improve the process.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure a high-quality educational offering.
  • Foster a learning culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in skill development to integrate best practices and innovative pedagogical tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development management, with a focus on career advancement.
  • Technical skills in andragogy, mastery of online and in-person training tools and technologies.
  • Interpersonal skills, with talent for communication, leadership, and motivation.
  • Fluency in French and English, essential for interacting with our teams and partners across Quebec and English-speaking provinces.
