Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aroma Indian Restaurant LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food preparation and service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Communication: Prepare and distribute food order summaries to the chef and ensure that all staff are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
- Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude.
