Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members in preparing and portioning food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
