The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Client Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Client Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless account management and servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to external and internal customers, interpreting and analyzing documentation for the input and processing of registered and non-registered investment products.
  • Create effortless experiences for our clients by providing support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests received.
  • Identify opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner, working with internal business partners to continuously improve business processes.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of financial industry experience, with a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners across the company.
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for self-development and learning.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or a related field, with industry-related courses and bilingual skills in English and French being an asset.
