Client Service Coordinator

The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and responsive Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to our valued clients, their loved ones, and the community healthcare practitioners that make up their care team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with clients on-site, managing and prioritizing telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Collaborate with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration, updating databases and scheduling technician appointments.
- Coordinate all details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.

Requirements- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
- A clean criminal background check and bondability.
