The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator, Client Solutions to join our team. As a Coordinator, Client Solutions, you will be responsible for daily administrative functions related to client account servicing of our registered and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service to external and internal customers.
  • Perform account management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French.
  • Create effortless experiences for our clients.
  • Identify opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Financial industry experience: 1-2 years of financial industry experience, and a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Relationship management: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with your teams, peers and business partners across the company.
  • Results-oriented mindset: Detail-oriented with strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments.
  • Communication: Bilingual communication skills in both English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Planning and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or related field.
  • Availability: Candidates must be available to work a shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime work during the weekday and weekends.
