Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify shipments, complete accurate and detailed paperwork, and enter materials into inventory software
  • Maintain current knowledge about products, catalog information, part numbers, and required operating stocks
  • Monitor consumption of consumable items and maintain stock levels
  • Work with the Project Management and Purchasing teams to ensure stage materials are ready for technician pick-up, project installation, and delivery to customer sites
  • Liaise with the Accounting team on a regular basis to ensure packing slips and invoices are received, and that RMAs are accurately processed and completed efficiently
  • Work with the Fleet Manager to ensure all technician vehicles are kept clean and safe operating conditions are maintained
  • Maintain, document, and account for all tools. Check in/out and tools and vehicles. Once returned, clean and inspect tools to ensure working order and check for damage
  • Bar-code all Paladin assets in inventory system
  • Deliver and pick up material to site/from distribution
  • Ship stock to other branch offices and customer sites as required
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness at all times
  • Document any warehouse problems and issues
  • Updating and creating documents/files using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Clean driving record and valid driver license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams
