Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including:

  • Coordinating daily shipments of finished products to distribution centers
  • Managing inventory levels and analyzing stock data
  • Coordinating the rotation of pallets with suppliers
  • Planning and executing the destruction of excess and obsolete stock
  • Controlling inventory levels and analyzing stock data
  • Coordinating transportation and buybacks from distribution centers
  • Coordinating the movement of pallets to external warehouses

Requirements

  • Young graduate in engineering
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
