Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for receiving and staging merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and stage merchandise by department, ensuring accurate labeling and placement in the warehouse
  • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate ordering
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock levels
  • Inspect deliveries for damage, quality, and freshness, and refuse acceptance of unacceptable items
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to food safety and handling policies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required, but prior experience in a warehouse or supply chain role is an asset
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
