We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Coffee Culture Café and Eatery in Burlington, ON.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supervising a team of 11-15 staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices as needed
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Develop and implement budgets and marketing plans
  • Supervise and train staff to meet customer service standards
Requirements
  • Fluency in English language
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to supervise a team of 11-15 staff members
