Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
