Position: Sales Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry: Manufacturing, Inside Sales, Distribution, Project Management
Employment Term: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide quotes, order entry, coordination of submittal drawings, order changes, and revisions, among others.
- Support sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, sales order processing, outreach to existing customers, and various additional duties.
- Handle projects from the order phase to delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in sales, technical, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
