About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Coordinator to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Sales Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and providing data-driven insights to inform our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports to the sales team and management
  • Develop and maintain a database of sales leads and contacts
  • Support the sales team with CRM management and data analysis
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain sales-related budgets and expenses

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as experience with CRM software.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
