About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and providing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek information on new market entrants and manage a database of updated competitive rates and services
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales snapshots to the sales team with updates from the sales team
  • Leverage data to analyze trends and provide forecasting that will help inform sales outreach and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems team to provide ongoing CRM support to the sales team and identify opportunities for CRM optimization
  • Support campuses by attending open houses, assisting with community outreach and referral opportunities
  • Manage budgets and payments for regional sponsorships, marketing, and other initiatives
  • Manage inventory of sales-related materials and swag
  • Support the management team with content for new development information sessions, FAQ documents, event planning, and lead management

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Yardi, is an asset
  • A keen interest in reporting and data analysis
  • Experience in senior living sales or a similar industry
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in French and English is an asset
