Job Summary

Harmani Investments Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, taking into account all relevant costs and expenses
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, ensuring they align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure our projects meet the highest quality standards
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
