About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Harmani Investments Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Organization

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Budgeting and Cost Control

Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, and monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.

Team Management

Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, and communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in leading construction projects from start to finish.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
