Site Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Northcan Construction Ltd. as a Construction Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement project schedules and milestones
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Site Management
- Oversee the installation of building materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Team Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed
- Financial Management
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management
- Education
- Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills
