About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Sierra Lane Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate estimates and cost control.

Team Leadership and Management

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including staff and subcontractors.

Contract Administration

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement quality control processes, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

Communication and Reporting

Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
