Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Full-Time Manager at Dixon Hall. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of programs and services that build community, enhance housing stability, and improve the quality of life for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that foster community engagement and social cohesion.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Partnership Development
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations and agencies.
    • Develop and implement partnerships that provide opportunities for tenants and community members.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the operational requirements of the program, including budget management and resource allocation.
    • Ensure effective performance against key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Post-secondary degree in social sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in social services, preferably with tenants.
  • Skills
    • Broad knowledge of social housing and relevant legislation.
    • Experience in staff management and development.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to achieve results.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills; proficient in various computer applications.
