In the role of Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in nurturing client relationships, preparing quotations in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), sourcing necessary components, and overseeing the invoicing process. Collaborating closely with the Account Executive, you will utilize your exceptional communication and leadership abilities to influence positively and drive results.

As a Project Coordinator in Technical Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive documentation upon request to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Ensuring precise data entry of relevant client information into Jonas to maintain current client profiles used for developing and adjusting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assisting in the formulation of the monthly maintenance schedule to guarantee the preservation of client equipment and fulfillment of SLAs.
  • Creating straightforward quotations for clients to outline the scope of work for recommendations or in response to RFPs.
  • Supporting the Purchasing department as needed to acquire pricing for essential components.
  • Monitoring the invoice generation and delivery process effectively, providing assistance when necessary to ensure prompt billing to clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients regarding invoice disputes to resolve or clarify any real or perceived discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; experience in the electrical trade is a plus.
  • A strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ERP systems and SAP considered advantageous.
